01. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the jiliaap platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the jiliaap.net website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Jiliaap is an online entertainment platform offering betting, lottery, and gaming services to users in Bangladesh. We are committed to keeping our Terms & Conditions simple and transparent so every member has a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions were last updated in June 2026. All previous versions are considered null and void. Continued use of jiliaap after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

02. Account Registration

To register an account on jiliaap, you must provide accurate and truthful information. jiliaap reserves the right to terminate any account created using false information.

The following information will be required during registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method

Each person is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment account is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances may be forfeited.

Jiliaap may request additional documents at any time to verify your account — such as a copy of your national ID or a selfie. Withdrawals may be on hold until this verification process is complete.

03. Age & Eligibility

Jiliaap is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

The following individuals are not eligible to use jiliaap:

• Any person under the age of 18
• Jiliaap employees and their immediate family members
• Those whose accounts have been previously terminated
• Those who have activated self-exclusion

Jiliaap may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

The full terms governing deposits and withdrawals on jiliaap are detailed below:

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Supported payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If a withdrawal request is held up during the verification process, our support team will notify you and request any necessary documentation. Once the correct documents are provided, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

05. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on jiliaap:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that will apply to any winnings.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jiliaap reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Jiliaap sets the maximum bet limit per event, and this limit is subject to change.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in permanent account termination.

All bets placed on jiliaap are recorded electronically. In the event of any dispute, our server records shall serve as the final and definitive reference.

06. Bonuses & Rewards

Jiliaap offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, daily bonus, reload bonus, and special event bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 10–30 times the bonus amount. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in each bonus's details.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be credited to your bonus balance.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering conditions have been met.

07. Lottery Terms & Conditions

The following lottery terms apply to all participants on jiliaap:

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• Draws will take place as scheduled. Any delays due to technical issues will be communicated via the jiliaap app and website.
• The draw is fully automated and conducted using a random number generator.
• Winnings will be credited directly to the winner's wallet.
• For jackpot wins, jiliaap will process the payout after completing an additional verification procedure, which may take up to 72 hours.
• If a technical error requires the lottery to be redrawn, all ticket holders will be notified.

Any prize from a jiliaap lottery draw must be claimed within 30 days of the results being published, or it will be forfeited. Simply logging in to the app or website is sufficient to claim your prize.

08. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliaap and will result in permanent account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or household.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Bots & Automated Software: Placing bets through automated means rather than manually.
• Odds Arbitrage: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• Hacking & Fraud: Attempting to compromise platform security or defraud other members.
• False Identity: Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.

09. Account Closure

You can close your jiliaap account at any time by contacting our support centre. Before closing your account, please ensure all funds in your wallet have been withdrawn.

Jiliaap may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information about age or identity.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• Legal requirements or directives from a regulatory authority.

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, under normal circumstances, any remaining wallet balance will be returned upon account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jiliaap is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, jiliaap shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or transaction fails due to an internet disconnection or slow connection.
• If a deposit or withdrawal is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway issue.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your login credentials being compromised.

Jiliaap's maximum liability shall never exceed your current wallet balance. For financial loss claims, please contact our support team.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected, stored, and used. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our agreement alongside these Terms.

• Does not sell your information to third parties.
• Your information is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
